We offer both options! We can supply all materials (most popular option) from our trusted suppliers at competitive prices, or you can purchase materials yourself if you prefer. If we supply materials, they're included in your quote. We work with top brands like Shaw, Mohawk, CertainTeed, and USG to ensure quality.

We handle most preparation work! For flooring, we recommend removing furniture and clearing the work area. We'll take care of removing old flooring, subfloor preparation, and underlayment installation. For drywall, we can move furniture with protection and handle all prep work including corner beading and surface preparation.

Yes! We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty. Our installation workmanship is warranted for 2 years, and manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product (typically 10-25 years for flooring). We'll provide full warranty details with your project quote.

We accept cash, checks, e-transfers, and all major credit cards. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit to secure materials and scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We'll never ask for full payment upfront, and you'll always have a detailed invoice.
